All points balance will expire if card is not reloaded within 6 months for regular card.
Bonus credit in your card will expire in 90 days after the reload date.
Game points is utilized first followed by bonus points.

Add to Wallet or Save to Phone

You can only add one card per profile to the wallet on iOS phones.
- In iOS phones, you will need to click on “Add to Wallet”
- Add to wallet option is only available if you are using Safari browsers on your iOS phone
If you add the 2nd card on the same phone, the 1st card will be swapped.
You can add the same card on both the phones (iOS/ Android).
Card with 0 Balance can’t be added to wallet on both (iOS/ Android).

Android Phones

Currently we do not have e-wallet option for Android Phones

Reissued/ Blocked Cards:

All reissued cards will reflect automatically in the profile, just log out and log in again to the profile to see the new cards
- The same applies for the collected online purchased cards from the stores.
However, if you delete the blocked card from the profile. You will need to link it again to the profile
