• Step 2: Enter the mobile number that is registered with mokafaa Al Rajhi Program
• Step 3:OTP will be sent to the entered mobile, to input the OTP received and the amount to use from the mokafaa points balance

Make sure you have enough mokafaa points balance before proceeding with the payment option using the points

Partial Payment using mokafaa Points

• Step 1:OTP will be sent to the entered mobile, to input the OTP received and the amount to use from mokafaa points balance
• Step 2:The Order Summary page to be refreshed to show the Paid Points
• Step 3:Pay the rest of the Bill using the Credit Card

Full Payment Using mokafaa Points

• Step 1:OTP will be sent to the entered mobile, to input the OTP received and the amount you would like to use from your mokafaa points balance
• Step 2:The Order Summary page to be refreshed to show the Paid Points ( Full Amount)
