Magic Planet Card:

What is the Magic Planet Card Number?

Your Magic Planet card number is the eight or ten digit code printed on the back of your Magic Planet card, before the * symbol and three numbers.

How many cards should one person have?

You can have as many Magic Planet cards as you want, depending on your family size and your preference.

Why do I have to register my card with my mobile number?

Registering your card with your mobile number prevents you from losing the data that is stored on the card, which means that all your Play Points, card balance, e-ticket balance, and history can be transferred to a new card if you need a replacement.

It’s also easier to link all the cards that are registered with your mobile online. When trying to link existing cards, the website will show you the full list of cards that have already been linked to the mobile number.

How do I create my Magic Planet account and link my cards?

Easy! You just need to click on ‘Create Account’, create your own profile and password, enter your birth date and select the ‘Link Existing Cards’ option.

After selecting the option, you will be asked to enter the mobile number that you have registered at the Magic Planet store so the system can search for all the cards linked to that mobile.

If you enter a wrong number or non-registered number, then the system will prompt you to enter the card number so it can search for that instead.

The card will be shown, and you will have to enter a CVV number as well as the cardholder name.

Once successfully added, the users will be able to see all the cards under ‘My Profile’.

If you do not have a card with us, no need to worry as you can still create an account and purchase a new one online. After the purchase, you can visit the nearest Magic Planet Store to collect your new card.

What benefits will I get by having an Online Account?

Can I use my card in any Magic Planet store?

You can use your Magic Planet card in any stores in the country the card was issued from. If your card was issued in the UAE, for example, you would only be able to use it in UAE Magic Planet stores.

I received a Magic Planet card through free games, where and how can I use it?

You can use your Magic Planet card in any store, but only in the country it was registered in. Unfortunately, it will not be valid for redemption or merchandise games.

Balance Top Up:

How can I top-up my card balance?

We’ve made topping up your card easier and more rewarding than ever before, thanks to our online top-up system. You can gain extra bonus points by topping up through your online account, and logging on means you no longer have to queue in-store. You can still top-up by visiting a Magic Planet store, however, or by using one of our self-service kiosks.

How long do my balance and bonus balance last?

The cash balance on your cards is valid for 6 months, while your bonus balance last for 60 days. For Play Points Card holders ( Silver, Gold & Platinum) , the validity of the cash is 1 year. Cash credit is utilized first followed by bonus credit.

How much is the minimum amount that I can top up online?

You can top up any amount you wish online.

How do I create my Magic Planet account and link my cards?

What happens if I forget my Password?

If you forget your password, there is a ‘Forgotten My Password’ link you can follow.

What happens to my profile if I get a new Magic Planet Card?

When you receive a new card from Magic Planet, it will be linked to your account through your mobile number and your profile will automatically be updated with the new card number, without you losing any of your balance or Play Points.

What happens to my profile if I get a new Mobile Number?

If you change your phone number, you can simply log on to your online profile and follow the links to your account settings, where you can update your contact details.

Can I register the card I get during Magic Planet promotions?

Yes, you can now link any promotion card after you use it at Magic Planet.

Lost or Stolen Card:

How can I block a lost or stolen card?

The easiest way to block a card which has been lost or stolen is by logging on to your online profile and selecting the option to block your card. If you do not have a Magic Planet account, then you will need to visit us in-store and request to have your card blocked.

How can I request a replacement card?

To apply for a replacement card, you will have to visit us in-store. We are currently developing a way of requesting card replacements online.

Quick Top Up

Do I need to have an account to use Quick Top-Up?

No, for Quick Top-Up you do not have to have a Magic Planet account, you can just click on Quick Top-Up, add your card, select the package and pay.

Buying New Card

Can I buy a new card even if I do not hold a Magic Planet card?

Yes, you can always buy a new card after creating a Magic Planet account, even if you do not currently hold any Magic Planet cards.

How can I get my newly purchased Magic Planet card?

After buying a card online, you can visit any Magic Planet store to collect the new card. All you need to do is present the confirmation email that contains 16 digits.

Magic Planet Play Points (The Loyalty Reward Program is stopped from Ocotober 1st )

Why did you stop the Play Points program?

Magic Planet’s Play Points program has been changed to welcome a bigger, better and more rewarding loyalty program by MAF under the name of SHARE. The new program will include all of Majid Al Futtaim’s brands such as VOX, Ski Dubai, Carrefour and will give you rewards on all spends in any store located in MAF’s malls. These points can be redeemed anywhere, anytime and can be shared with all your family members.

Magic Planet is now part of a much bigger loyalty programme that includes all the brands within a Majid Al Futtaim mall. This means your points can now be utilised to make payments anywhere in our malls, including Magic Planet, and can be shared with family members.

Can I keep my Play Points card? I really like it and don’t want the blue one.

Of course! We still want to recognise you as a valued loyal guest, and your card is the way to do so. In fact, additional privileges on top ups will ONLY be given out to Play Points card users so please ensure the card always remains with you.

If I lose my Play Points card, will I be issued a new one?

Unfortunately, we would not be able to do that. Play Points cards are no longer being produced; however, we highly recommend you move your gaming experience to our Magic Miners wristbands. The bands give you additional 3 free blue swiper games on every top up. This is over the free blue swipers you will be getting as a Play Points member, that’s a LOT of free games on every top up!

E-Tickets:

What is the Magic Planet e-Tickets?

e-tickets are orange tickets which you can earn through playing Magic Planet redemption games. These are usually FEC skill games which reward the player according to their score – the higher the score, the more tickets you win. These tickets can then be exchanged in-store for a range of fantastic prizes, including candy, iPods, iPads and TAG watches.

What is the expiry duration of e-Tickets?

e-Tickets are valid for 6 months for the Regular card and 1 year for Play points cards ( Silver, Gold & Platinum) if not reloaded within that period.
