You can only add one card per profile to the wallet on the same Phone (iOS/ Android).
In iOS phones, you will need to click on “Add to Wallet”
In Android Phones, you will need to click on “Save to Phone”
If you add the 2nd card on the same phone, the 1st card will be swapped.
You can add the same card on both the phones (iOS/ Android).
If you have more than one card in the profile, you can add the 1st card on iOS and 2nd card on Android
Card with 0 Balance can’t be added to wallet on both (iOS/ Android).
Android Phones
Make sure that the phone has NFC to be able to use the e-wallet card
Go to settings, Wi-Fi and connections and check if NFC is enabled
Or open the menu on home screen and check if NFC icon is enabled
If you don’t not have G-pay installed on their phones, the user will be directed G-Pay app first, then they will be able to proceed with Save to Phone.
IOS Phones
If you use Chrome browser with IOS phone, then only Gpay wallet will be available
Reissued/ Blocked Cards:
All reissued cards will reflect automatically in the profile, just log out and log in again to the profile to see the new cards
The same applies for the collected online purchased cards from the stores.
However, if you delete the blocked card from the profile. You will need to link it again to the profile
